Are you a small company located in Hertfordshire or Suffolk requiring IT support? I can provide this for you - tailored to suit your requirements.

No need to sign up for long term contracts!

Hourly Rate
Daily Rate
Fixed price when requirement known

In addition to telephone contact details, you will be given access to my Service Request Database which will allow you to log your faults or requests online and be able to track progress. You will also have access to the knowledge base which will include specific information regarding your own setup.

Setup and support of new equipment.
Upgrading of equipment.
Training on the use of your computer (Home user).
Installation of software.
Database Design.
Disaster Recovery.
Web Design (Including database driven) and Hosting including email. Sample sites designed and hosted by me
Networking - Cabled and Wireless.
Setup and installation of Linux Firewall.

With the exception of Web and Database Design, I only cover Hertfordshire and Suffolk.
